Below you will find a list of cuts available for your custom cut Beef processing. Further down page is the online section. Please be sure to list EVERY cut of meat you want and double check that you have listed, weight, packaging & thickness where it applies.. You may call the store at 330-222-1112 during normal business hours to go over with a staff member after it is submitted. You may also call or stop in to put in, or go over a cut sheet.
Roasts will be packed 1 per pack: List which Roasts you want along with
weight
Steaks will be packed as 2 or 4 per pack. List which Steaks you want along with thickness and how many per pack
Brisket will be packed as Half OR Whole.
Stew Meat will be packed as 1# or 2# packs
Type how you want it packed on line 4 below. If you do NOT want any Stew Meat type NONE on line 4 below.
Soup Bones or Beef Fat
Type which item if you want them. If you do NOT want any type NONE os line 5 below
Short Ribs
Type how you want them packed on line 6 below. If you do NOT want them type NONE on line 6
Ground Beef will be packed as
Ground Beef Patties 20 pound minimum ($1.00 up charge per pound) Choose how many pounds please state zero for none chosen, choose how many per pack below
Type how you want them packed on line 7 below. If you do NOT want them type NONE on line 7
Liver, Heart or Tongue
Type if you want it on line 8 below. If you do NOT want any Liver, Heart or Tongue type NONE on line 8 below.
Type if you want it on line 9 below. If you do NOT want any Beef Sticks, Trail Bologna OR Dried Beef type NONE on line 9 below.
